DESCRIPTION

The Agriturismo Pinzale is only 3 km from the next highway, not far from the city of Pisa. It has an idyllic location, in the middle of the wheat and sunflower fields. It is an ideal place for relaxation and recreation, but within easy reach of cultural and historical cities or the beach. The house has 3 apartments, which can be booked separately or as a block. The apartment of the administrator, is in the back part of the house. The estate is completely fenced, and there is a 6 x 12 m pool, a playground for children and a large covered terrace, as well as a Boccia track (bowl game). There is a pizza oven and a grill for barbeques. The big living room on the ground floor apartment is also suitable for conventions or private dinner parties or other activities, when the house is rented to a larger group. The house has air conditioning in the summer, and is heated in the wintertime.
